2.6 On-Demand Search Data
When you run an on-demand or scheduled “search now” search, we collect and store the search configuration you provide (such as keywords, locations and filters), the job matches returned, and a history of your searches (including status and timing). If you set up a scheduled automation, we store its schedule so we can run it for you. This history lets you review past searches and lets us operate your scheduled searches; it is retained as described in Section 4.5 and deleted with your account.

- To run your searches: When you run an on-demand or scheduled search, we query public third-party job sources (job boards and company career sites) in real time using your search terms to find matching roles. We do not sell your personal data
- For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests
- With your consent: We may share information with your explicit consent
- Business transfers: We may share information in connection with a substantial corporate transaction

Where enabled for the regional Service, and only after you choose Accept, we also use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure advertising. This can include page views and conversion events such as account registration and a completed purchase, together with the purchase value and currency, hashed identifiers, and Meta browser identifiers such as _fbp or _fbc. Meta processes this information under its own privacy policy and may associate it with activity on other services.
If you choose Decline, the Meta Pixel is not loaded and we do not send Meta server-side conversion attribution for your checkout. We also use a third-party service-analytics provider to understand and improve JobLabrador; this service data is not sold to advertisers.

You have control over your data:
- Browser Settings: You can disable cookies in your browser, though this may affect your ability to log in
- Advertising measurement: Choose Accept or Decline in our cookie dialog. You can clear JobLabrador site data to be asked again
- Account Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time
