How we count
Compiled from 27,334 open roles in the JobLabrador index, collected daily from company career sites and job boards. Percentages describe the share of postings. Changes compare new postings per day on employers' own career sites in the last complete month against the month before, using only sites present in both. Sites whose count more than tripled or fell below a third are left out too: that is a scraper change, not hiring. Job boards are left out of changes: their numbers move with how much we collect from them, not with hiring. New employers are companies posting in a market for the first time that month.
